Refund policy

If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at service@brigadewatches.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original condition (UNUSED), including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer support team. Please retain your shipping confirmation as proof of return.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.   
    Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Used Items: Used Items including watches that have had their bracelet sized are not eligible for a return and refund.  Used items being returned will be sent back.
