TWO-YEAR SERVICE WARRANTY GUARNTEE

We are pleased to offer a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the original date of shipment of your watch. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents or improper handling. Any work done by an unauthorized third party, or the use of non-Brigade parts or accessories, will void the Service Guarantee.

What's Included In The Warranty?

Defects in Materials and Workmanship

Movement

The internal mechanism responsible for accurate timekeeping.

Crown

The setting mechanism used for adjusting the time and date.

Crown Stem

The shaft connecting the crown to the movement.

Bezel Action

The proper functioning and rotation of the bezel (if applicable)

Bracelet Clasp

The fastening mechanism of the watch bracelet.

What's NOT Included In The Warranty?

Cosmetic Damages Due to Normal Wear or External Factors

This encompasses any surface imperfections that naturally develop over time with regular use. These types of cosmetic issues are not manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered under this warranty.
