We are updating our warranty policy to provide clearer and more consistent coverage across all Brigade Watch Company timepieces.
Effective immediately, Brigade warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser of the watch. This policy applies to all Brigade watches, regardless of when the timepiece was purchased.
If a watch is sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to a new owner, the original warranty coverage will no longer apply to the new owner.
The only way to transfer warranty coverage to a new owner is through the purchase of a Brigade Enlistment Kit. Once the Enlistment Kit is purchased and the ownership transfer is properly registered with Brigade Watch Company, the new owner will be eligible for the applicable warranty coverage associated with the timepiece.
Proof of purchase, serial number, and ownership information may be required when submitting a warranty claim or completing a warranty transfer.
