What Our Warranty Covers

This warranty safeguards the mechanical integrity and functional performance of your Brigade watch. We cover defects in materials and workmanship for the following key components:

Movement: The internal mechanism responsible for accurate timekeeping.

Crown: The setting mechanism used for adjusting time and date.

Crown Stem: The shaft connecting the crown to the movement.

Bezel Action: The proper functioning and rotation of the bezel (if applicable).

Bracelet Clasp: The fastening mechanism of the watch bracelet.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty specifically excludes cosmetic damage that occurs through normal use or external factors. This includes, but is not limited to:

Cosmetic damage due to normal wear and tear: This encompasses any surface imperfections that naturally develop over time with regular use.

Dents: Indentations caused by impact.

Dings: Small marks or indentations, often from minor impacts.

Scratches: Abrasions on the watch case, crystal, bracelet, or other surfaces.

Damages resulting from accidents, misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.

These types of cosmetic issues are not manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered under this warranty.
